In the past, they’ve indicated blocked seats separately on the app — so it would have said 15 (+2 blocked) or whatever the case may be. They may have stopped doing that, which would be unfortunate.

However, if your takeaway is that the seat map is the most accurate representation of load, you’re mistaken.
