Maybe I am the only person in the universe who doesn't care about a Polaris Lounge coming to DEN but it's gotten to the tail wagging the dog on lounges. I think the United Clubs in DEN are fine although I won't have a membership because they favor families over singles. I use them as Star Gold when on an international ticket. DEN has also got some of the most interesting selection of local food places. For me, flying is about the best and usually shortest way from Point A to Point B along with comfort on the plane. Food and drink is secondary.
I do miss the Chase Sapphire Reserve benefit for The Mercantile but only a bit.
P.S. Doesn't Air France already cover CDG ?
