Funny how supposed 'frequent flyers' worry so much about timing, hard and soft product but rarely bring aircraft type into the equation. A380, A350 and B787 are where you want to be on long and ultra long haul. I wouldn't ever waste my money sitting on a 777 longer than a few hours max. Life is way too short.
Are you actually a "frequent flyer"? If life is too short for you, you shouldn't be wasting it on these "technological advance" gimmicks. No one who flies often notices and to speak nothing of how garbage the 787 is. I mean those barely there "window shades" ... I'll take a 777 over a 787 any day.
