Also, be nice if you're flying in the next couple weeks. I don't mean bring gifts, I always think that's a bit much, but just be kind to staff. We all have to work through holidays and nights etc, we're all doing what we can to get you where you're trying to go and with your stuff

So hopefully in January
A nice email to get and a really easy statement to make. I don't expect a personal email from them, but it would be nice to just have a simple message on their website. "Millionaire challenge runners, don't fret, we're aware of our current IT issues and inability to retro-claim certain carriers. Rest assured if your tickets comply with all posted rules, you will not be forgotten, we ask for a little bit of extra patience to make sure we get to everyone".

Oooof, I'd rather have too cold than too hot, I spent like 4-5 hours in a lounge in Bali. The whole airport is open air basically, so they just kinda try and let fans and a breeze cool the place. It does NOT work. Then you step into a lounge and it's even warmer because there's walls and they keep the heat in. But there's no roof, so while the heat rises, the ceiling is really high on the overall building but it never really seems to leave. The result is like 5 household AC units running 24/7 in the lounge and only able to cool the areas right in front of them. It was sweaty and gross.

Speaking of which, has anyone managed to remove their DL# from an AM operated flight? I can't delete it on AM's manage trip page and it still shows the delta number even if I change it on delta's site. No big deal because I expect to be able to fix it at check in though.
I think you should be able to do this either during mobile check-in or at a kiosk. IIRC the words change or remove FF # were present during one of my delta digital interactions.
