I wasn't inclined to make even a framework for a new wiki before January 1, and I figured two weeks would be enough time for the policies to completely germinate. But, I just read some of the new content in the wikipost, and it appears the horse has definitely left the barn.

So, I'll msg a moderator, and request a new thread with wikipost. I'll also note that we might want amend the title later.
