I was in the LGW First Lounge last week post "renovation". Self pour on spirits etc is still available. No more QR codes for ordering food. Instead the lounge staff will take food orders and bring it to you. Cocktails (same as have appeared in LHR Flounge) are also available. Either order via the lounge staff or walk through to the bar in the Club Lounge via the staff door at the end of the food service area (by the "working desks").

All in all I still find the LGW First Lounge very pleasing. Little to complain about.
