Seat: The Collins Parallel Diamond seats are dated, and you get them in pairs. So if you are traveling alone you either get window or aisle access, but not both. Also poor storage space which grinds my gears

Use of devices: There is no wifi on these 748 birds but you can freely use any electronic device in flight-mode after take-off, no different to other airlines really. Not sure why there would be conflicting reports on this?? CA is not stuck in the stone ages

Food: Probably on-par with that of the US carriers but far below that of other premium Asian carriers
