Hello, I redeemed some expiring SQ miles for domestic Air China flights (PEK-XIY). I can’t seem where to manage my booking or checkin? I’ve done one page on the Air China US website but its not accepting the PNR provided by SQ nor the ticket number. There are four of us travelling including children to want to make sure we are seated together. Both adults are *G if that helps with seat allocations.
Any suggestions?
*G gets no seat privileges on CA.
To see your booking, as many had suggested, you will need the Air China App and sign up for an account and add in your passport number. You would also have to have your passport number in the booking in the first place, and it will automatically get pulled into your App. If you didn't supply a passport number during the SQ redemption process, you would have to call up Air China to add in your passport number.
