As in my recent case it did not and I'm having to escalate to AESA.
Unknown I'm afraid, since I do not have an original fare breakdown per segment, and IB did not provide a calculation. Comp was 824 euros so quite possibly it did not include it.
What was unexpected was that the payment has to go to a bank account owned by the passenger, and not the original payment card.
