Though not airside, the Hilton Munich is really really convenient, has a very nice breakfast, clean/comfortable rooms and on Sundays, I think, or maybe it's Saturdays, they broadcast a live football panel show in the atrium/bar area.

There are fast casual and fast food restaurants as well as Airbräu which has a pretty good Schweinshaxe (if they're open)
