the rules are pretty clear, you need to earn miles with sas (eligible booking/airlines) and operated by 15 skyteam airlines.
You need to tick 2 boxes, not just one.
If the ticket is FM then it’s a no go unless the system is not smart enough yet that we can claim using codeshare number. I wouldn’t chance on this.
