Uh, called Senator line on Monday and they stated backoffice is handling is, how long should I wait for that?
it is ridiculous that LH ticket on LH code can not be credited, especially annoyed as the senator challenge specifically included EN flights to be eligible -> no-one mentioned you can not get credits from those
