Breakfast is still at the same place where Shula's was. Shula's restaurant is gone, either by their own decision or Hyatt's.
I would guess it was Hyatt's decision as they are pushing to have restaurants in their properties be operated in-house instead of contracting it outside.
Hyatt Houston Downtown's webpage is not updated and still shows Shula's. But you can check Google reviews and see that it is permanently closed at this property.
