Truly beautiful desert location and grounds, with trails starting from the hotel. Agree with others about the dated rooms, interiors are exactly the same as the photos above. The hotel, spa, grounds, and parking garage together are huge. My SNA was approved days before my stay, but there were no suites available when I checked in and no guarantee a better room would be available if I waited. The breakfast was buffet only with the voucher covering the entire cost. I overheard from staff on multiple occasions that the lack of suites and different breakfast options were due to a water shutdown in part of the hotel? Overall, I would not be able to justify staying on points given the $50 resort fee. A free desert, tequila toast I missed, and spa access is far too little value provided and I think I'd try other options in Tucson next time I visit.
