I originally booked the grand Hyatt Tokyo for late March on points plus a 1-7 award certificate. When I saw Andaz opened up for points stay for late March they won't take single day booking for my award certificate. I called the Hyatt concierge and she was able to transfer my entire grand Hyatt tokyo stay to andaz.
