Recently stayed here for the first time with family.
- The queen room is small by GH standards, I recommend paying a bit more to get a larger room.
- Location is unbeatable. It rained pretty hard on our first day, so being able to access the mall without getting wet was very nice. Close to everything else in the city.
- Their breakfast in the club lounge was GREAT. I mean, chirashi bowl station, egg station, all the sweet/savory Western/Japanese options are available. Evening HH was above my expectations, those that want to get a full meal out of here for dinner for sure can do that. Lots of beverage choices available. I love the view into the garden too.
- Don't miss their spa, great steam sauna and hot/cold plunge set up.
Yes, the rooms are due for an upgrade however the pros I listed above outweigh the dated feel. Good thing in Japan they're really good at keeping things clean, so it might be older but nothing was dirty/inoperable. Shower still has fantastic pressure. Also keep in mind this is a cat 4 hotel.
