This sounds virtually identical to the United Business availability issue I have been seeing. On UA, all J was blocked for months. A couple of weeks ago LifeMiles seemed to lift the UA J blocking starting January 1st. Now I am seeing them blocking some UA J after 1/1 but some still available. If your issue is similar you will not be able to book any NH J before the end of the year. If you are lucky, for flights departing from Jan. 1, you will be able to book. There is no workaround. Complaints to LifeMiles on this issue were ignored.
