I wanted to share my thoughts about my recent stay at the Hampton by Hilton Blackpool.

I recently stayed at the Hampton by Hilton Blackpool from Sunday, 15th December, to Wednesday, 18th December 2024, and it was my fourth visit to this fantastic hotel. Once again, it felt like returning home after being away for months. The welcoming and familiar atmosphere immediately puts you at ease, making it a standout choice in Blackpool.

Joey, who checked us in, made the process smooth and efficient. My mum, visiting for the first time, was warmly welcomed, which set the tone for our stay. Joey was attentive and ensured we had everything we needed, while my Hilton Honors Gold benefits were provided without me having to ask—something I really appreciate. I also noticed Kay assisting another group with the same professionalism and care, demonstrating the consistent high standards this hotel delivers.

Our room, 347, was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully arranged—ideal for relaxing after a busy day. The only minor issue was a slightly loose bathroom tile, but it didn’t affect our overall comfort, and I’m sure it can be quickly addressed. Even with this small detail, the room felt like a true home away from home.

The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient. Blackpool Pleasure Beach railway station is just a five-minute walk away, making it perfect for those traveling by train. Blackpool North railway station is also easily accessible via the tram network, ensuring great connectivity to the rest of the area.

Breakfast was the standard Hampton by Hilton offering, with all the essentials to start the day right.

Throughout our stay, the staff continued to impress. From the front desk to housekeeping and the restaurant team, everyone was friendly, professional, and committed to ensuring our experience was as enjoyable as possible. Their attention to detail and genuine care set this hotel apart from others.

By the end of our visit, my mum was so impressed that she decided she’d only stay at the Hampton by Hilton whenever visiting Blackpool in the future. It’s rare for a hotel to leave such a lasting impression, but the combination of exceptional service, comfortable rooms, and a welcoming atmosphere has set a standard that’s hard to beat.

For me, it’s become my go-to hotel in Blackpool. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit. This stay was everything I’ve come to expect from the Hampton by Hilton—reliable, comfortable, and backed by a team that genuinely cares about its guests.
