I am sending the Lurker II FT account a PM detailed what I have learned, and want you guys to verify the issues are now "fixed". Please check you PM.
According to the 1-800 Sheraton phone agent, these reservations were made "outside my account" - dont know how that could happen because all confirmation emails have my account information in the bottom - the last 4 digits of the BonVoy account number, the current point balance, and Platinum Status.
Just How these reservations would got "detached" from my account? Besides, even just by using Find My Reservation on Marriott website, I could not pull up anyone of them. Hence I made this plea on FT then called the 1-800.
Right now the reservations were "reattached" to my account by the phone rep. They show up under My Trip. Yet, using the Find Reservation function, it still produces an error but of different kind.An unexpected error has occured
