I have booked 4 reservations at Sheraton Dubai Creek last night. Have to book them as individual nights because I dont know the final plan would be. All cancellable cash booking with free cancellation a day before arrival. All of them received confirmation emails, as well as showing in My Trip which unfortunately I have not made a screen shot.
Today when I am checking My Trip to pick reservations need to be cancelled because change in plan, I notice My Trip is reduced to 2 pages instead of 3. Then as I trace the travel dates, I realized ALL reservations at Sheraton Dubai Creek disappear! Using the function of Find Reservation with all the required info - Marriott website shows the Sheraton hotel, but gave me an error.

Same error for ALL 4 nights. They do not show up in Cancelled Trip tab either.
The reservations do not show up on website nor on App.
Have anyone experienced such crazy thing? Or the hotel summarily cancel all bookings? How do I know if the reservations still exist? Do I need to rebook the whole thing?
Hotel currently shows bookable on all 4 dates.
PS
I am currently on hold with a 1-800 number reservation agent who needs to look into system to find out what is going on.
