I still think it references the fare classes, as follows:

"Earning on partner flights booked on Alaska

***

For flights marketed and operated by a partner (partner two letter code precedes the flight number), and booked on alaskaair.com, see chart below in Earning on Partner Flights booked via Partner Sites for mapping of fare class to cabin by partner."

"Earning on partner flights booked via partner site

***

Beginning for travel in 2025, flights in the eligible flight ranges and fare classes below that are booked via alaskaair.com or the Alaska app will earn based on the 2025 rates in "Earning on partner flights booked on Alaska".

***

Qatar Airways (QR) 1–2949, 3000–3149, or 5000–6599

***

Qatar Airways Business J, C, D, I, R, P"

But I can read the fare information both ways, one reasonable interpretation is R on QR purchased on AS comes in at 250%, another reasonable interpretation is R on QR purchased on AS comes in at 150%. I've got a call in to AS, but I doubt they'll give me a definitive answer in writing I can rely on. We'll see. But I'm interested in folks interpretation of the rules to my situation.
