11 hours in any lounge is about seven hours too long. Go into town and get a cheap hotel room.
I don't want to leave for a few reasons -
1. layover times are 6pm-2am, 7pm-8am. this means there's no point in going out, getting a hotel, sleep for 2-3hours and then rush back by 7am. and I'd much rather go out during day to properly see anything
2. I'd need to apply for visa in advance. but mostly its #1
3. I don't really mind sitting down for a few hours doing nothing and reading a book.
