While the selection of available flights is limited and appears sort of random, I've seen a gradual increase in the carriers and routes available for purchase in the past month+. It seems like its only a matter of time before most partner flights will be available for purchase. Whether that will be at competitive rates, my guess is it will continue to be hit or miss.
