Yes avios redemption bookings are not excluded from being given POUGs
Pure speculation - having a child on a booking may reduce chances (or prevents?) POUGs due to the airline not wanting to have to rejiggle the J seats to ensure the parent and child are sat together?
WET are cash prem Econ booking (sub classes). You can upgrade them into U/J if there was U, but you booked out the Us so I don't think you can avois upgrade anymore...
