Face palm. Mexico City isn't in South America.

With 3 flights daily there are sometimes extra award seats even though it's a popular route.

But the more intriguing strategy is @csycsycsy 's of booking 2 PE to J Upgrade with Avios tickets before booking the two award seats in J.
