Thanks for the information and input. There are other ACCOR options more central, but they are generally more expensive with smaller room and likely worse service, if I don't start to pay hundreds of dollars, which I am not intended to do. My flight arrive at Haneda, so I just want to check in smoothly, then stay about 3 nights, see a glimpse of Tokyo, and then explore the rest of the country for 30 days+ - my first time in Japan.

Im not too scared by the time on train/subway. It will be some hours, and the cost seems modest.
