Could be, I only used newmatrix twice before oldmatrix was shut down last week so I didn't compare aa results between old and new. I just knew they were horrifically broken on oldmatrix after the distribution fiasco and would search on google flights or aa.com.
I never noticed anything horrifically broken, although I don't think I was booking any fares that were affected. I was able to get fares from old to reflect what was on AA.com (but not new), I just need to create the itinerary through matrix.
