Due to personal family matters we were unable to travel this year and I had, just out of hope, contacted Marriott for an extension for FNA (from Amex Bril). No go. But, what was weird was part of the message I received:
- In the case of any external partner Free Night awards, we are no longer able to reinstate said awards. Please contact the credit card supplier as you Free Night Award was posted to your account due to the Marriott Bonvoy® Brilliant Amex Card.
I assume contacting Amex is a no-go here also right?
