Earning on Alaska-Marketed Flights Operated by Partners

The elite-qualifying and redeemable miles to be awarded next year for International Business (250%) and Premium Economy (which at this point would generally be international) (150%) is potentially very rewarding. The problem, as I see it, is that so far at least, the offerings are generally very limited, seem to be generally limited to flights ex-US, and are prohibitively expensive (e.g. high fare basis). Also the partners for which such tickets are sold seem to be very limited. I do not remember seeing any Premium Economy tickets at all.

I would be very interested to hear about any reasonable fares that others have seen, or see in the future, and which partners they are on and the dates. I would consider a fare reasonable if the fare offered is comparable to the lowest fares offered by that particular airline for the same flights.
