Stayed here in november for 2 nights. Have mixed feelings about it. The (big) rooms and the hotel itself looks really beautiful and the staff overall very friendly. All status benefits explained and recieved. Location is great for people that dont want to stay in Tokyo but you still have easy access to it. Of course its also super easy to get to Yokohama or Kamakura.
It was the last 2 days in japan after a 3 week roadtrip through Tohoku with a campervan and thats probably why I didnt feel the charm of japan in this hotel at all. (Of course its a ton more touristy in hotels around tokyo) What I found especially dissappointing was the breakfast. It had almost nothing to do with japan. There wasnt even grilled fish or good green tea, nothing. And if you wanted some coffee you needed to stay in line because there is only ONE coffee machine for the entire breakfast buffet. The filter coffee was always empty on both days. I had way better breakfasts in random APA or Richmond Hotels for less than half the price.

The free shuttle service is a big plus though, cant complain. Overall a good stay, bit too expensive and for breakfast just grab an onigiri somewhere. After traveling to Japan for the last 10 years, I really need to avoid Tokyo again
