It's well-known among FlyerTalk circles that some FFPs frown upon the practice of setting up an account and just transferring CC miles into the program for redemption only. Flying Blue is among the most sensitive to this. This is why I shake my head at all those bloggers and mileage groups on social media who make a living spewing off nonsense and bad advice. Stuff like this should be known more widely, yet many of these online sources just mislead regular people into thinking that it's alright to do something like this. Meanwhile, you're left holding the consequences.

In your case, no one knows what will happen as of now; they could probably reinstate your account, but even so, they'll most likely require you to go to an AFKL physical office with your passport and other documents. Reinstatement will take some time as well.
