Some nice service touches are they give socks for night of the stay.

The pajamas are very nicely designed and very comfy.

Not sure if it is nightly turn down service or if when they tidied up the room in the day .. but we got back to the room at night, there were new socks and pajamas on the bed with mint chocolates on the table.
Night curtains were also closed.

The location is also very convenient esp if u take the Haruka train to/from KIX airport
