What I miss is the value AC puts on input from their frequent flyers - FT’s. This event was held 19 years ago. Interesting read on what was discussed, some of which has been introduced and in some cases since withdrawn (TPE flights). Not surprising over 19 years however.
Since then there have been two other similar but less focused events. I believe the last was the introduction of the Dreamliner in YYZ and YVR - but also many years ago.
hopefully these types of events can return again.

Time flies. Hard to believe that was 19 years ago. I remember it fondly. AC really went all out to make it a special day, from them personally serving us business class meals for lunch on the trays, to flying the simulator to walking through the stripped interior of the (Delta?) plane undergoing major maintenance. The discussions were interesting and I remember how interested the AC brass were in our opinions. A couple years later, Ben Smith helped me out in a difficult situation. I wish they would do something similar again, but times have changed.
