So today was officially Day 1 of our cruise, we are finally on board our ship to Antarctica! We are in a M1 mini-suite near the mid-ship on the Dolphin floor. It's a decent size room with a full bath/shower. We went with this cabin over a regular balcony, since on Princess only the mini and higher will have the sofa sitting area. On a 17 day cruise, we wanted some extra space.

One note about this cruise itinerary, we board today, but we don't actually sail off till tomorrow at 4pm, so the ship is docked in BA terminal overnight. The dock is open 24 hours, so we can go on/off the ship anytime. We have so many days before and after cruise in BA that we weren't planning on going back out to BA. However, we saw that the Theatre Colon had a ballet performance of La Bayadera tonight. So we took a taxi back into town and watched the ballet. It was a very good performance, and the theatre is beautiful.
