Hello, I redeemed some expiring SQ miles for domestic Air China flights (PEK-XIY). I can’t seem where to manage my booking or checkin? I’ve done one page on the Air China US website but its not accepting the PNR provided by SQ nor the ticket number. There are four of us travelling including children to want to make sure we are seated together. Both adults are *G if that helps with seat allocations.

Any suggestions?
