isnt it entirely your fault? they said to check email and you said urself such email never came. and your contact details was wrong. so how is this CX side issue?
besides someone who was Green all along for so long, made a DM (donno what promo you got) and stopped flying doesnt sound like a true frequent flyer in first place so sounds like you are just tryIng to game the system to activate your DM for the month you travel and put on holiday again.
