I’m seeing award availability for JFK -> HND and HND -> CTS separately, but I’m not able to get them to price out at 35K using the website. I called in but the agent also had trouble pricing it out, specifically with the second segment.

They did mention we could book them separately for 35K + 7.5K, but shouldn’t this be able to be booked on one ticket for 35K total?
