The question isn't so much whether the OW lounge will let elites in as whether the oneworld frequent flyer programs will be willing to pay the fee to the lounge operator for a HA-operated flight. But AS is targeting Q4 2025 for single operating certificate anyway (page 75 of the investor day slide deck), so if they hit that target it won't be very long that HA is operating the flight as a non-oneworld member anyway. And ASHA certainly can (and almost certainly will) negotiate for lounge access for J passengers in NRT, likely with one or both oneworld lounge operators. Not sure if they can negotiate for oneworld elite access in this case. No matter what, this is clearly only a short term issue.
