So far no one knows the exact detail to your questions. I think there's time to wait around a little bit and see, especially if you have plenty of opportunities to use them in the coming year. My guess is the Bonus Points based system is not going away and will function as normal in 2025. But if you are not so sure, just use them as long as the value exceeds 0.4 kroner/point or something.

They've also eliminated the ability to earn points with OTA bookings and Choice International stays, which is a big bummer for me as I'm based in the US...
