It might be that they ordered them by their German name and did the translation afterwards.

United States of America -> Vereinigte Staaten von Amerika
United Kingdom -> Vereinigtes Königreich
It shouldn't be an issue unless you're keen on travelling with a mobile boarding pass (without checked luggage) and try to skip the check-in booth.

Alternate approach would be to try Swiss and Austrian app as they sometimes operate on a newer back-office version than Lufthansa.
