The one time I rented at CLE I *could not* find my car. At the counter they told me what row to go to but the cars there were all from a different company. I walked around for 5 minutes (felt like 30) like a dummy until a guy in the lot told me the Avis cars were in the Budget section, or something like that. So either they expect everybody to know the multinational corporate ownership structures of the car rental companies, or just to drive away with whatever car they find from the wrong company.
