Cannot enter passenger data

On Saturday, we are due to fly BHX-FRA-WAW. Today, Lufthansa have sent an email saying:

"Important information about your upcoming trip

Additional passenger information required

You still need to add important details for you and/or your fellow travelers. These are mandatory and required by the immigration authorities of your destination or transit country. Please go to your booking via the link below and do the following: expand each "Passenger" tile, click on "Modify", and then toggle "Advanced information" to complete your details."

However, the online form drop-down options for the ID Document "Nationality" do not include several country names beginning "U" including "United Kingdom" and "United States of America". I have tried to enter the information from two different computers and two mobile devices but the problem is the same so I'm fairly sure it's a problem at Lufthansa's end.

Any ideas? LH helpline doesn't seem to understand that this is an IT problem, not a problem with the booking.

Any ideas? Will this be a problem if we check in at the airport?
