I cannot add my A* (not TK) loyalty number to my current TK reservation. Anytime I'm trying I get an error saying there is a mismatch between my name and info registered in miles&smiles account. I don't have miles&smiles account.

I called the CS yesterday and she claimed she had been able to add my number to the reservation. But I don't see this either in the app or on the website.

One thing, is that TK reservation has my first and middle name concatenated as the first name, while my A* card has only my first name. But it's been never an issue with other airlines.

Anyone went through this?
