At the time of entrance, the Lounge was not full.
I had a 3-hour plus layover.
So either there is a company sanctioned unpublished rule to refuse admission to a lounge even when it's not full or desk agents are making one up. This is separate from whether there is priority when the club is full but a policy that refuses entry to passengers who purchased an Alaska First Class ticket when the club is not full in order to hold space open for an Alaska lounge member who might possibly arrive later.
