Flying blue account suspended
Had my flying blue account suspended last week.In spite of multiple emails and follows up no response from the audit team.Not even an acknowledgement of receipt of the id proof. Couple of tickets book long time back were auto cancelled. Contacted the local flying blue team they said the account was suspended because you have not travelled with Air France/KLM and you have redeemed for tickets from the account and the same wont be unblocked ever as per their internal communication. The account is hardly 6 months old and its a head of the family pool so redemptions are from this account mainly. Social media team says its still under audit and to wait. They cannot get involved with the audit team.Is it a dead end or is there still some hope?
