I received the email yesterday inviting me to purchase 105,000 points. I hesitated and then further hesitated when the 20% disappeared but now I am glad I did. My cc billing cycle ends today with spending posting to my account the same day. Along with the points, there’s a line for “Diamond Upgrade”, which I was surprised to see. My account now says Diamond through 2025. I didn’t realize there was a $ threshold on CC spending to reach Diamond.
