You need LH to reprint your BP to see your DB seat assignment.
At the DB lounge they didn’t want to let us in - apparently the BP needs to show ‘operated by Deutsche Bahn’ - luckily the United reservation showed that, so be prepared to show that for lounge access.
Were you in DB First Class on the train? I didn't try to access the DB lounge when I passed through last month as I was in second class on the train.
