Taken together very helpful. I’m there between Christmas and NYE so assume that while it is a week day, probably less traffic.

I’d definitely like the Qoya’s area better…but would probably appreciate lounge, pool and gym more at Hilton. It looks like Sao PAulo has Tembici bike and a station near the Hilton, which makes the location more doable and it would help with avoiding the traffic.
