OK - you are over 5MM but less than 10MM - I suspect you are on the high end for CK.

BUT what about the many that are at 25MM or 75MM and yes there are people at that level.
Usually people at those high levels, certainly over 50MM did churning. And some can be young and not ones that travel for business.
And these people typically do not buy flight tickets they have so many miles they always travel on rewards.

Yes - there will be some at high levels that run a business and process millions in credit card spend - but I suspect this is lower than the number of MS people.
I don't think anyone has over 25M BIS miles. I believe the famous Tom Stuker has the highest number of miles of anyone with 24mm on United. I suppose it's possible a flyer on AA has over 25mm with a lot of pre-2011 CC spend.
