Questions:

I have enrolled in the PC program, but not earned points yet. Would it be a better program to attain Silver than Marco Polo (Cathay PAcific)?

IS the accumulation year linked ot the calendar year, or enrollment date or something else?

Will QR PC Silver allow me lounge access at HKG flying on Cathay?

Seems I can get more Q points on QR, than status points with CX at this with the QR flights I booked already.
